Follow-up Appointments: Two 60-90 minute follow-up appointments with Jennifer Bouchard to review progress, test results, and update the treatment plan.
Specialized Testing: Comprehensive testing, including stool analysis, nutritional testing, cancer-specific functional labs, and other diagnostics as indicated by the patient’s case.
Nutrition & Lifestyle Support: Three 60-minute cancer nutrition appointments with a specialized oncology nutritionist, personalized to the patient’s needs and cancer history. The program includes tailored dietary recommendations such as the Elimination diet and lifestyle advice covering sleep, stress, and exercise.
Coaching & Therapy Sessions: Three 60-minute sessions with a functional medicine health coach and one 60-minute session with a holistic psychotherapist to address emotional and mental well-being.
Lab Work & Supplement Discounts: Lab tests ordered locally, with specialized testing kits sent directly to the patient. Participants receive a 30% discount on prescribed supplements through Fullscript.
